REBLOOM was founded out of deep empathy for transgender women. Founder Derek, an expert in interventional cardiovascular medical devices, learned from a transgender friend about the intense pain and psychological stress associated with postoperative dilation following Gender-Affirming Surgery (GAS).

Motivated by this insight, Derek adapted balloon dilation technology from his cardiovascular expertise to develop the REBLOOM GRS Vaginal Trainers. These trainers feature a gentle, progressive inflation mechanism and a slender “8FR” (approximately diameter “2.67mm”) catheter, ensuring a comfortable and virtually painless insertion and removal experience.

REBLOOM offers a safer, more comfortable, and empowering path to recovery, helping transgender women navigate postoperative care with confidence and dignity.
