6. Customs / Import Duties

Cross-border shipments may incur import duties or taxes in the destination country. These fees are usually borne by the buyer at the time of receipt.

7. Packaging / Damage Claims

If the package is damaged during transit or the product is damaged, please provide photos, unboxing video, shipping label, and description. We will assist with return/exchange processing.

8. Returns / Refusal / Refunds

As our products are personal medical devices, we do not accept returns due to change of mind once the order has been shipped. In case of defects or wrong delivery, please provide proof within 30 days of receipt, and we will consider refund or exchange.

9. Special Terms

In case of force majeure, shipping delays, customs issues, etc., we will do our best to assist but are not liable for any additional costs arising thereof.
