Return & Exchange Policy
This policy is established in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the State of California. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.
1. No Returns After Shipment
REBLOOM products are classified as personal-use medical devices. Once an order has been shipped, returns are not accepted due to hygiene and safety considerations, including reasons of personal preference or change of mind. Please confirm all product details, specifications, and intended use prior to purchase.
2. Damaged Packaging During Transit
If the outer packaging of the product is visibly damaged upon delivery, please provide the following documentation to facilitate the processing of your return or exchange request:
- Clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged packaging
- A complete unboxing video, beginning prior to opening the package, recorded in a continuous sequence without edits, and clearly displaying the shipping label and the condition of the product
- A written description of the issue, submitted along with the above materials via our customer support email.
3. Product Defects or Malfunctions (Non-User Damage)
If the product appears to be defective or malfunctioning due to non-user-related causes, please provide the following information:
- A complete unboxing video, starting from the unopened package and clearly showing the product condition
- A description of the issue along with supporting photos
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to contact us and submit your return or exchange request.
